Minimum two nights for Weekends (IE: Thurs/Fri; Fri/Sat; Sat/Sun).
Minimum two nights around holidays and throughout September and October.
Please contact the owner (Steve) with special requests by using the Reservation Request Form, e.g., early arrival or late departure requests; group rentals or extended stays (7+ days), etc. Thank you!
Payment is then accepted by Credit Card or mailed check and is due at least 10 days ahead of your stay for reservations made well in advance.
All reservations made within 10 days of arrival are payable only by Credit Card.
A 4% Convenience Fee is added for any payment made by credit card.
All rates subject to the PA State Sales Tax (6%) and the Elk County Hotel Room Tax (5%)
