With a wood burner fireplace in every cabin, comfortable queen and/or single futon beds, full kitchen and furnished sitting and game area, you have a pretty sweet cabin. As a bonus for the romantics, we have two cabins that also have whirlpool tubs that face the wood burner and fit just right for two people. Your cabin faces a rambling stream and Moshannon State Forest complete with fire ring, porch swing, and picnic table. Add a gathering area with a picnic pavilion, on-site walking trail along the old Buffalo and Western Railroad bed along with a separate “Shanty” that houses a laundry, TV with VCR/DVD, games, books, movies and a community phone for local calls. To complete the package, the guest cabin rentals also come with dark skies, a wooded setting, no vehicles to be seen, occasional wildlife like turkey or PA Elk and an occasional train passing along the active railroad line sitting across the stream from the cabins.
