Rates & Reservation Information
Guest Cabins & Lodge rentals are available year-round. We request two-night minimum stay on weekends (Fri & Sat nights), around holidays & throughout September & October for the Cabins, & a two night minimum stay year-round for the Lodge. All Cabins & Lodge have a no pet policy.
Base rate per cabin:
$199.00 per cabin per night plus tax.
$1,200.00 per week per cabin – ($193.00 savings off of the Base rate). 10 Day rate (9 night stay) per cabin – excellent option for a Friday to following Sunday stay:
$1,575.00 per stay per cabin – ($216.00 savings off of the Base Rate)
Group rates per cabin:
$184.00 per night per cabin.
Group rates are available when three cabins or more are reserved for two nights or longer, and paid for by a single person.
No discounts are available in September or October.
Additional rate & reservation information
- Early Check-in (11:00 AM) or late Check-out (by 4:00 PM) provided when available – $ 95.00 per cabin plus tax , $195.00 for the lodge + tax.
- All buildings have key-less access systems. Access codes will be provided to guests by e-mail or mail after receipt of prepayment by check or credit card and sign-off of Responsibility and Liability Waiver and sign-off for payment by CC for payment (if desired) and for Security Deposit charges in the event of damage or abuse found during or after a stay. Prepayment and sign-offs are due at least 10 days prior to planned arrival
- Reservations must be confirmed and secured with a valid credit card when the reservation is made. Deposit of 25% of rental charged to payment credit card at time of reservation – this is free of a convenience charge & goes directly towards your stay.
- Reservation deposit is refundable if a cabin reservation is canceled one month/30 days or longer before rental start date. No refund for any cancellation inside of 10 days of scheduled arrival date.
- Please Note: We do work with guests regarding emergency cancellations inside of the one-month/30 day cancellation policy. We all deal with emergencies in this life.
- All rates subject to PA State Sales Tax (6%) and the Elk County Hotel Room Tax (5%).
- Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance.
- Prepayment of the remaining balance is due at least 10 days in advance of guest arrival, accepted by mailed Check or Credit Card (Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express).
- Credit card payments subject to a 4% Convenience Fee.
- A $15.00 handling fee will be deducted from all paid deposits or charged cards for any refund to be issued.
- Any refund due will be mailed by check.
- Check-in time: Starts at 4:00 PM unless other arrangements are made in advance with the owner.
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM unless other arrangements are made in advance with the owner.
